1.1 Zentuerly provides digital and technology-based services that involve time, effort, resources, and intellectual expertise. Therefore, refunds are limited and governed strictly by this policy.
1.2 All payments made to Zentuerly are considered final unless otherwise explicitly stated in a written agreement.
2. Advance Payments
2.1 Any advance, onboarding, or booking amount paid to initiate a project is non-refundable.
2.2 Advance payments cover initial consultation, planning, resource allocation, and project setup costs.
3. Project-Based Services (Website, App, CRM, ERP, Software)
3.1 Once a project has commenced, no refunds shall be issued for completed or ongoing work.
3.2 If a project is canceled by the Client after work has started, the Client shall be liable to pay for:
- Work already completed
- Resources allocated
- Any third-party costs incurred
3.3 Delays or dissatisfaction arising from changes in requirements or lack of client inputs shall not be considered valid grounds for a refund.
4. Subscription & Managed Services (Website Care 360)
4.1 Subscription-based services are billed monthly, quarterly, or annually as agreed.
4.2 Once a subscription period has started, no refunds will be provided for unused or remaining periods.
4.3 Clients may request cancellation of subscriptions with prior notice; however, services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
5. Digital Marketing, Advertising & Performance Services
5.1 Fees paid for digital marketing, SEO, advertising, social media management, or performance marketing are non-refundable.
5.2 Advertising spends paid to third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, or other ad networks are governed by their respective refund policies.
5.3 Zentuerly does not guarantee specific results, leads, traffic, or sales outcomes.
6. Third-Party Tools & Services
6.1 Any costs related to third-party tools, software licenses, hosting, domains, plugins, APIs, or paid platforms are non-refundable.
6.2 Zentuerly is not responsible for refunds related to third-party service failures, downtime, or policy changes.
7. Exceptional Circumstances
7.1 Refunds, if any, shall be issued solely at the discretion of Zentuerly Private Limited.
7.2 Approved refunds may be processed after deducting applicable charges, taxes, and costs incurred.
8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
8.1 Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without prior communication may result in immediate suspension of services.
8.2 Zentuerly reserves the right to contest chargebacks and recover losses, including legal and administrative costs.
9. Policy Modifications
9.1 Zentuerly reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
9.2 Continued use of services after policy updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
This policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
